01 Catch

We work with a trusted network of experienced deep sea, longline fisherfolk, ensuring proper on-board handling of fish. Our suppliers comply with the policy of sustainable fishing practices to ensure responsible fishing.

02 Receive

Tuna is received H&G (beheaded and gutted) to our processing plant from registered suppliers within 7 days of catch.

03 Pack

After initial quality checks and inspections have been done on the catch, our staff begins to prepare the tuna for shipment. Quality of the final product is checked again very closely at the final packing stage.
